CHURCH FACILITY USE

You're Welcome to Use our Facility!

We enjoy having and encourage our church family and our community to use our facility. It is a busy place, and it is important that we know when you plan on using the facility and where you plan to meet.  Arrangements can be made for use of the facility by contacting Lori in the church office at 218-751-3699 or info@bemidjicovenant.com. A facility use form needs to be downloaded (click here) or picked up at the church office, and should be on file for all planned activities happening at the church (weddings have a separate form, see wedding information below).
Please remember, you must check for facility availabilty with the church office before you plan any use of the building.

Weddings

To schedule a wedding contact Lori in the church office to see if the date is open and to have the date held.  If the date is open you will need to connect with Pastor Dean to have the date made firm on the calendar. Fee schedule and wedding guides are available through the church office.  A Wedding Facility Use Form will be given to you after you have spoken with Pastor Dean.

Funerals

Arrangements for funerals are made through the church office. Please contact the church office for arrangements.

Other Facility Use

Church Family Use

If you are planning to meet at the church, please let the church office know.  We want to get it on the calendar and be sure there is a room available for you. 

Gym Use

Our church family is always welcome to use the gym.  Please be sure to check with the church office for availability. 

Community Use

To schedule the use of the facility for a meeting, conference, gym use or other event, contact Lori in the church office.  Fees are based on the number of people attending, custodial needs and kitchen use.

Anniversaries, Adult Birthday Celebrations and Farewells

There will be no charge for members and regular attendees for these events.  Please contact the church office to check on facility availability.
