MISSIONS: Action for Life

Student Life at the Covenant seeks to offer three levels of mission trips at various times of the year. The three levels follow the upward steps of an in-state trip, a national trip, and a international trip. This is very intentional as we want to help students build their missions experiences appropriate to their spiritual maturity, ministry readiness, and personal comfort. Some of our past mission trips for each of the three levels have included Minneapolis, New Orleans, and Ecuador.

In-State Mission Trip (Level 1)

/files/StudentLife/Photos/MissionsCL/mission3_web.jpgThe in-state mission trip is the first level of SL:MISSIONS. The most common trip we go on is called M.O.V.E. which is a middle school mission trip to Minneapolis, MN.

National Mission Trip (Level 2)

The second level of SL:MISSIONS is a national trip. In the past we have gone to New Orleans, LA.

International Mission Trip (Level 3)

/files/StudentLife/Photos/MissionsCL/ecuador2_web.jpgThe final level for SL:MISSIONS is a trip that takes you out of the country. In order to participate in a trip at this level, you have to have went on, at the least, a level two trip. This is for your own safety and moral of things like pressure, culture shock, etc. In the past, SL:MISSIONS went to Ecuador in South America.

Upcoming Mission Trips:

M.O.V.E. (April 9-11, 2010)
