We enjoy having and encourage our church family and our community to use our facility. It is a busy place, and it is important that we know when you plan on using the facility and where you plan to meet.
To request a room or rooms for a Covenant Church ministry event or gathering or for community use of the facility, please fill out the Facility Request Form in the right hand column and hit Submit. A paper copy of this form is also available in the church office. Weddings are done separately. Please see information below.
In order to protect the building and calendar from too many events and the overload of our maintenance staff, all events are brought to staff for approval.
Please do not assume that your request has been approved until you hear from someone in the church office.

Weddings
To schedule a wedding contact Lori in the church office to see if the date is open and to have the date held. If the date is open you will need to connect with a pastor to have the date made firm on the calendar. Fee schedules and wedding guides are available through the church office. A Wedding Facility Use Form will be given to you after you have spoken with a pastor.
Funerals
Arrangements for funerals are made through the church office. Please contact the church office for arrangements.

Gym Use
Our church family is always welcome to use the gym. Please be sure to check with the church office for availability.
Anniversaries, Adult Birthday Celebrations, Showers, and Farewells
There is no charge for members or regular attenders for these events. Children's birthday parties are not allowed. Please submit a Facility Request Form to check availability.
